Recreation Place Membership
Non-church members are welcome to get a membership at The Recreation Place. All non-church members are required to pay a small annual fee. For an individual, it's only $50 for the entire year! For a family membership, its only $100 dollars for the year! We also offer a six-months payment option, two payments of $25 for an individual or $50 for a family membership. Please note that registration forms are only accepted on Mondays, and new registrations will be on hold until April. Monday, February 8 will be the last day to submit registrations until April.

Medical Permission Form
This form is required for anyone over 12 but under 18 who intends to use the facilities. All persons over 12 are also required to have a separate membership form.
